Moderators and admins.

Moderators are here to provide a comfortable environment so that people can play this game without being insulted, hacked, spammed etc.

If you have a complaint:
If you feel like you have been insulted by a player then post a complaint in here with a picture of the conversation, and then we will do something about it. We won’t do anything about it unless there is proof. We have to see it for ourselves or there has to be a picture.

And remember this is not a kindergarten. Act like you would in real life. If you want to trash talk then find somewhere else to do it.

If you want to make a statement about mods and admins like: “They suck” then please tell us why you think that because it is a useless statement if you do not.

Ok I have agreed with most of what the mods have done in regard to kicking/muting/warning people so far, including my own warning.

However this is too far. People taking an argument out of the lobby and into the forums? This thread will become full of hate and spite in no time. People can selectively post part of a conversation to get a player punished now?

Who decided we are not allowed to trash talk eachother anymore? Thats a fun part of this game, mods should be there IN THE LOBBY to check it doesn't go to far, not handing out punishment after the fact.

This crosses a thin but significant line.

ok, i confess, i hate any kind of moderation, i think all things should be said without any censorship at all, the responsibility lies within the community to show people when they went too far. BUT, the problem is when more then one start to pick on someone. also threatenings concerning real life reach too far to stay ignored. since at least the last point is punished by law in most countries the players live in, people behaving like that should be banned. but when i speak the truth in sayin that religion is one disgusting plaque of antiknowledge and miseducation i see no reason to be banned. i understand that religious people may feel offended by what i think, but imagine it would be forbidden to say something like this...
welcome to iran or the vatican (country with the highest criminal rate worldwide)

since master does not feel lucky about his burden yet i see no reason why he shouldnt moderate.

I myself am rather tolerant and want the game to stay this way. I dont see the use in kicking everyone who is flaming around a bit.

But honestly, we all know when we go to far. And most ppl warned so far will agree there was some reason.

I am quite allergic to racism (especially Nazi-Shit) and Porn-Stuff like Pics with players names on it. I can´t really tell where I draw my personal line, but I know when it is crossed. But I will ban only when I am witness myself and not without a warning. There must be something more to it than just someone complaining about someone else. And screenshots can be manipulated.

Each conversation has to be looked at differently: hateful racism is totally unacceptable (even if the person saying it is "joking"), whereas calling someone a "noob", although antisocial, doesn't really warrant a banning.

So far, I fully support both mods and their decisions, who I think were excellent choices as mature representatives of the conqueror community.

I definitely think it would be good to make mutings IP-based rather than alias-based.

Ive made this post because some players have made complaints about other players and asked me to do something about it.
I told them that I could not do anything about it because I had not seen it. When I told them this they got angry, and called me a horrible mods.
If you have a picture then it should not be posted it in the forum , but show it to one of the mods, and no worries I won't kick , ban or mute unless im 100 % sure.

When i say "insulted" then it has to be serious of course. I consider myself a very tolerant person. Calling people noob, idiot, dumbass won't get you a warning, muted, kicked or banned.

crossing the line is easy to define: whenever someone violates the dignity of a another one

if u flame someone for fun, make sure he knows that its just fun... and there should be no problem
if u flame someone for fun and he takes it serious, just stop it... and there should be no problem
if u dont stop it or if u flame in hatred, than conquerorgame is the wrong place for u

i dont want you to be banned even though your christian spirit is bitter to see it doesnt make sense to loose any more players.

I am not sure if I have mentioned this point previously but I'll reclarify for certainty. RIPPE, you're a tool.

Drop the religion topic, it's old, it's like picking on Jews in the 40's, too easy a target.

Get your facts right too, the idea of religion is good, man's interpretation/manipulation of it is where the problem lies, just as socialism. All in all, mankind is your issue, they are your plague, and you are a true ignorant representation of your own "antiknowledge and miseducation"

For the record, I tend to avoid affiliation with religion, I have been subjected to it and, unlike my brethren at the time, have read the book. However, there remain some who cannot yet read and therefore go to church to have the educated minister/priest do it for them. I cannot judge anyone for this but I can respect the missionary in question for sacrificing his precious time and thank the good Lord for providing me with the ability to read and think for myself...

Captain Planet, I like your commitment to the game. But for some1 who hast played
in years ur comments are by definition as relevant as on any comicbook-collector
or goldfishaquaria-fetishists-forum on the web.

Unless y'all just like talking about religion. Then i'll be quiet.
