Please don't threaten lawsuits, that isn't taken lightly around these parts. It's not very nice either.
I haven't been able to connect to the machine all day either. Codero, the provider has finally told me that the problem is a power supply in the machine and that I may have to reinstall everything from scratch.
I think this may be the final straw for me with this provider. I am hoping to solve this issue ASAP but it's in the hands of Codero at the moment.
