i have it =). but is this legal? i mean.. i download mp3´s and listen them on my iphone but i dont if this is legal what i do, bc i didnt payed anything.

I'm not 100% sure, may also depend perhaps on the country you're from. But usually its okay to download and use it, just not spreading it further or having multiple copies(As in selling and such).
