I like lists ...ideally you should then pigeon hole and group together different ones and draw some statistical conclusion from it all to justify the time spent making the list in the first place.
Poland surprises me cos when you play Russia it feels good to grab Poland, it feels like a buffer zone , yet it is actually one of the most heavily connected regions, therefore dangerous. So why does it feels safe once you grab it. That and Moldavia, they for me are my Maginot line. - Little bit of history for you there. I was gonna do history.... do it an injury.

(So I spent time to make it easier to scan; apparently, it's default to eliminate any "excessive" spaces, i.e., making the files equal in spacing from top to bottom, it doesn't matter once it is posted as you get what you see above.)
