Nobody and I mean nobody keeps a tidier empire than me, once i have things up and running I like to keep all troop levels based on multiples of five. Shuttling odd numbers back to my Capital which is the only region allowed occasionally to flout the rule.
My borders i try to go for an obvious symmetry though idiot neighbours can ruin this :-(
I like to set about making my treasury the equal of Fort Knox, and once my Capital is 100k, i run a bath of asses milk sit in it with my laptop wearing a tiara humming Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries.
Now that's how you play Conqueror proper !!!!

well things should always change:

3 vs 3: games were often decided by starting position.
eg. a good player in grenada nearly never loses vs a good player in
ulster.
(in general: south has mostly a map advantage).

2 vs 2: The last time i lost a 2 vs 2 has been with hallali(ulster) and me in
(grenada) vs a strong east team 3 months ago.

1 vs 1: since my only 1 vs 1`s in the last time vs very good players were vs
lancelot ( 2x victory) and kobra ( 1x draw / 1 disconnection - loss)
i´m not sure how good the rest is. I guess some r better than me but...

This should be seen as an invitation to challenge me to a duel.

First, i havent played Squeegie, Rippe and IzzleKizzle in a long time. They are top players, and probaly top 10.

10. many good players, i don't know which one is better

1- Golem, Rippe, Hallali, Godess don't play anymore ( or i've never seen them in the lobby )
2- Lancelot : played with him few times

It is actually difficult to give a real evaluation based on 3 vs 3 games because the luck factor is a lot more significant. That is why my latest top 10 is only based on 2vs2 and 1vs1.

It is also how u handle to be unlucky or lucky.

Yesterday poor G complained about not even making a top 20, and I really felt sorry for him. Then I remembered this old list of heavyweights made by CaptPlanet for over a year ago, that list includes G - [www.conquerorgame.com]

(I could continue like this infinitely, but I take it that you all get the point (and yes, Chuck Norris have counted to infinity - twice!)

just a couple of other facts:

Jean-Claude Van Damme once kicked Chuck Norris' ass. He was then awakened from his dream by a roundhouse kick to the face

When Arnold says the line "I'll be back" in the first Terminator movie it is implied that is he going to ask Chuck Norris for help.

The top 10 from my perspective:


10 Scum - Solid 1v1er, safe pair of hands in a 3v3.

9 Icequeen - Excellent 3v3er, with a bit of practise and confidence could become a top 1v1er too I am sure.

8 Rippe - Great development and farming skills, you don't want a long war versus this guy.

7 Squeegie - Relentless attacker which works well in the middle battle of a 3v3. You kind of have to wait for him to shoot his load then take advantage of his drowsiness afterward.

6 Adrien - Knows the game well and doesn't really make mistakes. However can suffer from a lack of confidence when it doesn't go his way and over-confidence when it does!

5 LikeNoOthers - Probably the most experienced 3v3er, you know he will play near optimal in a 3v3 scenario. Played well in our only 1v1 but was clearly a bit unsure of the strategies involved. With practise will become good at those quickly I am sure.

4 Xuul - Excellent teamplayer both 2v2 and 3v3, expands towards the enemy at a fast pace and knows all the game's little tricks. Unsure of his 1v1 skills but judging from teamgames is a tough nut.

3 Hallali - Most active 1v1er, always a good sport and a great fight. Rightly held in high regard by the community.

2 Paars - The toughest opponent I have fought in a 1v1 so far because of his great defensive skills. Also has a rather unique strategy in 1v1 from what I have experienced which is saying something because most of us stick to a very similar one. From what I have seen in 3v3 he is on par with most of the best players.

1 Master - Not played enough games to really see what is so uniquely special that everyone keeps harping on about him, but since they do and he is undeniably good, he gets the top spot.


I have not played with Dirtyharry, Lancelot or Neo who I see mentioned alot in other peoples top10 so I can't include them based on second opinions.
