1.1.3 comes with following changes

Bugfixes:
- New Turn starts immediately after reconnect
- Rejoining a game after disc should work now
- Some minor issues related to Fog Of War

General improvements:
- none

Lobby improvements:
- none

Game improvements:
- Fog Of War
- Smarter maps for team games
- Even stronger strong AI
