Tried to send a message to someone, and it wouldn't go through because the server thought I was a bot.

I double-checked to make sure i had all the fields fill out appropriately - I think i do - and again, can't send.

Is it the "hyphen" in my name? like how a few years ago after the major upgrade I couldn't sign in with my name (it was also discovered Dr.(name) couldn't sign in either because of the "period" in their name).

Any suggestions?
