Past Fixes and Changes:

May 9, 2002

  1. Added the Message Board to the web site. All Changes will be posted there from now on!

Feb 21, 2002 (build 67)

  1. Gold finally works! You can finally use the "Buy" button.

  2. Icons on attack and move dialogs.

  3. Unsupported production types now warn you that they are unsupported.

Feb 16, 2002 (build 62-66)

  1. Numerous too-boring-to-list things changed. (Finally made the transition to server-side scripting; the control of the game is more server-side now, though move results etc. are still calculated by the player who started the game).

  2. As a result of above, the game now handles players dropping out much more gracefully. Even if the player who started the game quits. you can still play your game.

  3. Put silly crow noises in for game chat when new chat or server message is received, and the flashing chat arrow works again.

Oct 12, 2001 (build#61 b,c)

  1. The game's window size has been enlarged to 832 by 624.

  2. The province you are editing is now drawn above its editing information in the left-hand bar.

  3. Transparency of provinces on the main map has been disabled for the time being; hopefully this will solve performance issues on Windows machines. (I may put this back in under "Options", which has yet to be implemented.)

Oct 6, 2001 (build#57 a,b)

  1. There is now a quit button in the game you can use to go back to the Lobby. However, if you quit a game it may cause problems for the other players, so let them know you're about to quit.

  2. Empty games no longer appear in the "Conflicts" list.

  3. The chat interface in the game screen has been redesigned, and now shows a list of players in the game.

  4. The game screen has been redesigned to have a slightly cleaner look.
